Amber Packaging Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by an Amber Packaging representative in advance. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of shipment. Printed or custom products cannot be returned or cancelled unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Shipping costs for all returns are non-refundable.
Return Requirements:
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our representative prior to returning any item.
- Customers are responsible for arranging shipping costs to return items.
Refund:
If we approve your case for a refund, we will return your payment to the same payment method/credit card used to make the purchase.
